Multienzyme lsothermal Rapid Amplification(MIRA)is a multi-enzyme isothermal nucleic acid rapid amplification technology, relying on the synergy of multiple functional proteins at room temperature to achieve rapid nucleic acid amplification.

● With the assistance of auxiliary proteins and single-strand binding proteins, the recombinase and primers form a complex.
● Search the homologous sequence and combine the target homology domain, forming a D-loop at the homologous site and strand exchange begins.
● With the recombinase dissociate from the complex, the polymerase also binds to the 3'end of the primer, then started the chain extension.
